In March, 2020, We got a new project from our customer in Brisbane, Australia. For 1Ton, 3Ton and 5Ton Welding Positioner. 5Ton and 10Ton Welding Turntables.
All of our Welding and Positioner Equipment match with Australian and European standard. Due to the learning from our customer in Austalia, New Zealand and Europe, We learned a lot , include the safety configuration, cable wiring , design , even the cable color. And now , we can easy to make our machine match with these market.
We can customized the Welding Turning Table capacity from 1Ton to 100Ton. The faceplate diameter and layout , The accuracy class, The center height , The turning speed can all be customized. The turntables not only can use for Welding , But also can use for workpiece handling. Equip with hand panel and foot panel for operation.
For the 1Ton Welding Positioner, we equip with a E-Stop button side of the machine, to make sure the operator’s safety.
The 1Ton model is 1200mm faceplate, with 6 T-slot , 3Ton model is 1400mm and 5Ton model is 1500mm. The rotation angle is 0-360 degree and tilting is 0-90 degree. So that the workpiece can reach to the best welding position. No matter the workpiece is pipe elbow & flange, Excavator bucket or customized workpiece handling.
Weld-Fab can do worldwide transport, not only CIF, CNF, but also DDU , DDP, to suit for different customer’s request. Also our workers have good experience to loading the container, make sure the machine transport in safety.
