Detailed Description: Colum and boom welding manipulator is a special equipment combined with welding rotator and welding positioner, which can automatically weld the inner and outer circumferential seam, fillet weld, inner and outer longitudinal seam of components. In the warm spring, flowers are coming out with a rush; a good opportunity. After two 100t welding rotator were delivered, another 2 sets of LH-5050 Welding Manipulator were delivered. After comparison and communication with several suppliers in the early stage, the manufacturer who ordered the

welding manipulator finally decided to adopt WELD-FAB products.

Project name: 2sets of LH-5070 Welding Manipulator with CSA certificate

Detailed Description:The welding manipulator also called welding colum and boom, is used to move the welder or automatic welder head to the required position for welding, so as to facilitate manual welding, semi-automatic or automatic welding, so as to ensure the stability of the welding process.The manipulator is combined with different welding power sources (gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, etc.) and some auxiliary welding machines (roller carrier, positioner, rotary platform) to form an automatic welding center, which can be used in a wide range of fields. Nowadays, the automatic welding equipment manufactured by our company has been widely used in petrochemical industry, boiler industry, shipbuilding, metallurgical construction, pressure vessel industry, refrigeration equipment, engineering machinery, electric power construction and other industries.

The high requirements of customers made us communicate for more than a year before we won the project. One of the welding manipulator uses Lincoln DC-1000 Submerged arc welding machine with NA-5Control box and wire feeder to carry out the outer weam welding, and the other uses ESAB LAF 1001 Submerged arc welding machine with A6S Arc Master to carry out the inner ring seam operation. After the delivery, Mr. Wang and the engineers went to Canada for installation and debugging. The customer was very satisfied with our hard work and the quality of the equipment. Project name: (2) 80Ton self-aligning welding rotator with (1)5×10 Welding Manipulator

Detailed Description:Turkey is a country I love very much. The customer company is a group company from Turkey。 They are mainly engaged in pipeline manufacturing industries. Their office is in Istanbul, and the factory is in Mersin. After seeing the welding and positioning equipment being produced in our workshop, they were very satisfied and immediately placed an order with us, including two sets of 80t self-adjusting welding rotator and one set of 5X10 welding manipulator.

According to customers’ requirements, we have equipped Lincoln DC-1000 Submerged arc welding machine with NA-5 Control box and wire feeder for welding manipulator, which is more suitable for out seam welding.For welding rotator, we use polyurethane roller design, which increases the friction between the roller and the workpiece, so that the equipment is temperature resistant, friction resistant and non slip.

In March 2016, We arranged for engineers to install and debug. We are very grateful to Turkish customers for their assistance in our work and care in our life during this period. At the end of our work, we took a look at the beautiful scenery of Mersin. This is a very pleasant cooperation.

The customer place another 2 orders for us with 8sets 80ton self-aligning rotator from 2016 to 2017. We believe the business WELD-FAB with them will continue.

Project name: 3 sets of LH4060 welding manipulator with S500 power wave and 84 wire feeder, 5sets of 10Ton Self-aligning Welding Turning Rolls.

Detailed Description: This is a batch of welding equipment for our customer in Monterrey,Mexico. The welding equipment includes 3 sets of LH4060 welding manipulator, 5 sets of 10t long roller welding rotator and 5 sets of 10t self alignment welding rotator. The customer is the leader of oil tank manufacturer in Mexico and USA. Due to need to increase the production, so the customer need to invest lots of equipment, and through our dealer in Mexico , we not only provide them good quality machine, but also fly to Mexico to do the installation directly.  

Our technical engineer spent 7 days finish all the installation, testing and how to use.The column and boom welding manipulator is equipment with Lincoln S-500 Power wave MIG welding machine and 84 wire feeder. The user is using this welding system to weld the aluminium. When we do testing welding , we present customer a perfect welding seam.

Project name: 30Ton Fit-up Growing Line with LH-4040 Column and boom, equip with Chinese Aotai MZ-1000 Submerged arc welding machine

Detailed Description:

Saudi Arabia is one of the most mysterious Middle Eastern countries in the world. It is known as the kingdom of oil. Its economic development focuses on industry. Petroleum and petrochemical industries are the lifeblood of the national economy and the main source of economy. Therefore, Saudi Arabia has a large number of oil pipelines and foundation pipelines in its industrial production. Dammam is located on the northeast coast of Saudi Arabia and is the largest port in eastern Saudi Arabia. It is a port that emerged with the development of the oil industry in the 1940s, with roads and railways leading to the capital and large oilfield centers.

The customer is a manufacturer of various types of pipelines, and the new project needs to expand the production line. The client roughly described the content of the project to us and drafted a preliminary list of required equipment with us. After considering the requirements for work efficiency and the calculation of input costs, we revised and determined the final plan for our customer. Customized 30 tons Fit-up Growing Line with LH-4040 type Column and boom to realize automatic welding for customers. Welding column and boom alsoequip with Chinese Aotai MZ-1000 Submerged arc welding machine。

So far we still maintain a good cooperative relationship with customers in Saudi Arabia, and we will also provide them with some technical services.

Project name: LH-4040 Column and Boom welding manipulator with 60Ton Conventional Welding Rotaotor and Fit-up Rotators

Detailed Description:

This client is located in Houston, the largest city in Texas, which is the fourth largest city in the United States. Houston is world-famous for its energy (especially petroleum), aviation industry and canals. The company mainly produces various steel and pipelines. The customer’s requirement is to weld a 100mm thick steel plate with a diameter of 10ft.

We have customized two LH4040 type welding manipulators (Column and Boom) for customer, equipped with flux recovery machine and Miller twin arc twin wire. The flux recovery system can heat, transport and recycle sand, which is a very practical equipment. We also customized the 60-ton conventional Fit-Up Growing Line for customer. The Fit-Up Growing Line can be used for assembling pipelines to connect two pipelines, which is more convenient for welding. The welding rotators can work with two manipulators at the same time, and the work is very efficient.

The welding of the Column and Boom can reduce the walking of the operator, which is very convenient when welding a cylinder with a larger diameter. It can be used together with the welding rotator to realize automatic welding.

The debugging process in Houston was also a very pleasant experience. Weld-Fab engineers completed the commissioning in three days. Thanks very much for the active cooperation of the production manager.

Project name: 10Ton Self-aligning Welding Rotator with LH-4040 Welding Manipulator equip with Lincoln DC-1000 Submerged arc welding machine

Detailed Description:

Customers learned about our products on our website and sent us an inquiry email. Through email exchanges, we learned that the customer mainly produces water tanks and the location is in Panama. The customer has a lot of demand for welding rotators, so he purchased 10 sets of 10-ton self-aligning welding rotators from us. In order to realize automatic welding, the welding manipulator of model LH4040 was also purchased for use with the welding rotators. The welding Manipulator equip with Lincoln DC-1000 Submerged arc welding machine.

Our production department completed the delivery of all equipment within 40 days. When the equipment arrived at the customer’s factory, we immediately arranged for the engineers to fly for 36 hours to reach the Panama customer’s factory. Panama is the southernmost country in Central America and is well known as the Panama Canal. The Panama Canal traverses the Isthmus of Panama and connects the Pacific and the Atlantic. It is an important shipping route and is known as one of the world’s seven engineering miracles as a “world bridge”. Many of our equipment shipped to the United States also need to pass through the Panama Canal.

Weld-Fab engineers spent five days to complete the commissioning, and the welding test was also very successful. Customers are very satisfied with our equipment and expertise, and our service industry makes customers very happy. After the commissioning work, the customer also made a special trip to lead our engineers to visit the Panama Canal. The conversation during this trip was very harmonious, and we also learned that customers will also have demand for other types of welding rotators in the later period.
