The welding positioner is a device that rotates the workpiece around a 360° spin that allows the welder to stand in one position and constantly work on a level surface.Which can add comfort for the welder who must perform on odd shaped parts, such as tubular pipelines. Flange, elbow pipe, Excavator Grab . The Welding Positioner can also using the tilting function, so that the welder can adjust the welding position. The tilting angle was 0-120 degree. Welder not only can rotate the workpiece, but also can tilt it, to get the best welding position and do the job. We supply loading capacity from 300kg to 50,000kg, which give customer more option. Customer should consider about the eccentricity and center of gravity to choose the model.
This project was our New Zealand customer which communicate for many years, and after we show them some relevant projects that we did in New Zealand and Australia, and tell them that our machine can match with NZ&AU standard, they finally place the orders to us.

Detailed description:
The L-type Welding Positioner is mainly use for welding Excavator Buckets. 90% of our customer use this kind of welding positioner to do complicated work, some job has lots of welding seam, need to do pass and pass. Welder need to adjust the workpiece to different height, different angle and different position. So our 3 axis L-type can perfect suitable for the job.
This project is we did for our an old company which established in 1978, a leading Northern Ireland manufacturer of heavy duty excavator buckets and related attachments for all makes and models, including Caterpillar, Hitachi, JCB, and Komatsu.
This L-type Welding Positioner is only 2 axis, which is 360 degree rotation and -180 degree to +180 degree tilting, allow welder to get best welding position from different side. We can also add the lifting function to make the positioner more applied. Regarding about the fixture, i think it is easy for the end user.
We also provide customized design service, customer can provide the measurement they need, such as the lifting height, table diameter, swing arm length,etc.

Head Tailstock Welding Positioner can be use for many industrial production , such as car body manufacturing, pipe welding, customized workpiece rotation can be using this kind of positioner.
This customer was from Perth, Western Australia, they are major manufacturing elbow pipe, piping with flange, So we help them to design the head tailstock positioner, the drive head stock with 5Ton rotation capacity , and 1500mm faceplate with 6 T-slot, so that the user can fix the chuck on it, the tail stock with idler rotation and a 1500mm faceplate. But the tail stock can manual moving on rail, to suit for difference length of pipe. User can not only using chuck, but also can using fixture to clamp the pipe.
We can not only design the loading capacity 600kg-50,000kg according to customer, but also can add the beam in the middle of the positioner.
Adjustable center height can be also customized if customer need.
