Detailed Description:The welding manipulator also called welding colum and boom, is used to move the welder or automatic welder head to the required position for welding, so as to facilitate manual welding, semi-automatic or automatic welding, so as to ensure the stability of the welding process.The manipulator is combined with different welding power sources (gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, etc.) and some auxiliary welding machines (roller carrier, positioner, rotary platform) to form an automatic welding center, which can be used in a wide range of fields. Nowadays, the automatic welding equipment manufactured by our company has been widely used in petrochemical industry, boiler industry, shipbuilding, metallurgical construction, pressure vessel industry, refrigeration equipment, engineering machinery, electric power construction and other industries.
The high requirements of customers made us communicate for more than a year before we won the project. One of the welding manipulator uses Lincoln DC-1000 Submerged arc welding machine with NA-5Control box and wire feeder to carry out the outer weam welding, and the other uses ESAB LAF 1001 Submerged arc welding machine with A6S Arc Master to carry out the inner ring seam operation. After the delivery, Mr. Wang and the engineers went to Canada for installation and debugging. The customer was very satisfied with our hard work and the quality of the equipment.
