For example, two huge pieces of metal tubing that will make up a pipeline oftentimes need to be welded together. To do this safely and quickly, the two huge pipes are mounted on the wheels of the welding rotators. The wheels allow the job to be rotated while welding. With this setup, it may be that the pipes can be welded completely with only one pass.

Application of welding turntable

The welding turntable is mostly driven by DC motor, and the working table is adjustable at constant speed adjust. For large welding rotary table rotating around the vertical axis, support rollers are set under the working table, and assembly operation can also be carried out on the worktable. Some worktables are also made hollow to adapt to the welding of pipes and connecting plates. (in short, as long as it is used for rotary welding, the welding turret can be used, and only the clamping mode of the workpiece needs to be determined.)

The welding seam tracker is composed of welding gun, fastener, front rod, rear rod, bolt, front rod adjusting bolt and positioning bolt. The welding gun is connected with fasteners, and the fasteners are connected with bolts.
