We Weld-Fab back to work on 18th,Feb 2020 , due to the COVID-19 , we back to work late for 20days. We start to manufacture this 700Ton Conventional Tank turning rolls start from 10th,March 2020 . And after 40days , we finish 2sets of them. Those 2sets 700Ton rotators will be send to Canada.
About the rotators, they are huge. Total height is around 1700mm, nearly 67inch height. The wheels we adopt solid steel, and after quenching and tempering , then machining . Make sure the wheels are enough hard.
Those wheels are 900mm in diameter and 500mm in width.
On the rotators there are some keys, to make sure the rotator loading capacity and protect the fix bolt.
All the motors are with protect cover to ensure the safety.
Due to the weight of the 700Ton rotators is too heavy , One 20ft container only can loading 1drive unit.
