Project name: 3 sets of LH4060 welding manipulator with S500 power wave and 84 wire feeder, 5sets of 10Ton Self-aligning Welding Turning Rolls.
Detailed Description: This is a batch of welding equipment for our customer in Monterrey,Mexico. The welding equipment includes 3 sets of LH4060 welding manipulator, 5 sets of 10t long roller welding rotator and 5 sets of 10t self alignment welding rotator. The customer is the leader of oil tank manufacturer in Mexico and USA. Due to need to increase the production, so the customer need to invest lots of equipment, and through our dealer in Mexico , we not only provide them good quality machine, but also fly to Mexico to do the installation directly.
Our technical engineer spent 7 days finish all the installation, testing and how to use.The column and boom welding manipulator is equipment with Lincoln S-500 Power wave MIG welding machine and 84 wire feeder. The user is using this welding system to weld the aluminium. When we do testing welding , we present customer a perfect welding seam.
